Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

By signing up for the Nex Gem Peptides Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Enrollment

We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion. Affiliates must provide accurate and complete information when signing up.

2. Commissions

Affiliates earn a commission of [10%] per qualified sale.
A “qualified sale” is a completed purchase that is not refunded, charged back, or canceled.
Commissions are tracked through unique affiliate links or discount codes.

3. Payouts

Payouts are issued [Monthly]
Minimum payout threshold: [$50].
Payments are sent via [PayPal, Cashapp, Venmo].
Refunds or chargebacks will be deducted from future commissions.

4. Acceptable Promotion Methods

Affiliates may promote using:

Personal social media accounts
Websites, blogs, or content platforms
Email marketing (must comply with applicable laws)

All promotions must be honest, accurate, and not misleading.

5. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates agree NOT to:

Make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about products
Make medical or health claims (including claims of curing, treating, or preventing disease)
Represent themselves as the official brand or company
Use spam methods (unsolicited messages, mass DMs, etc.)
Run paid ads using our brand name, trademarks, or misspellings of our brand
Use deceptive tactics, fake reviews, or impersonation

6. Compliance & Product Representation

All products sold by Nex Gem Peptides are intended for research purposes only.
Products are not for human consumption.
Affiliates must not promote products in any way that contradicts this statement.
Affiliates are responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal laws and platform policies.

7. Affiliate Links & Codes

Affiliates are responsible for properly using their assigned links or codes.
Self-referrals or fraudulent purchases are not allowed.
We reserve the right to void commissions generated through suspicious activity.

8. Intellectual Property

Affiliates may use approved brand assets (logos, images, etc.) provided by Nex Gem Peptides.
Any misuse, alteration, or unauthorized representation of the brand is prohibited.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate at any time if:

These terms are violated
The affiliate damages the brand reputation
Fraudulent or unethical behavior is detected

Any unpaid commissions may be forfeited if terms are violated.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nex Gem Peptides is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, including loss of revenue or commissions due to tracking errors, system failures, or program changes.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the affiliate program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
